There will be no scheduled tutorials next week due to TAKS testing. Please go home after school, eat a good dinner, get a good night’s rest and be ready to do well on the tests! I should be in my room before school and at lunch if you need to find me for some reason.
There will be no tutorials Monday, April 9 because we don’t have school! Have a great Easter weekend!
Also, my Wednesday tutorials will be moved to THURSDAY, APRIL 12. I have to be somewhere Wednesday afternoon.
Tutorials will resume to the usual Monday/Wednesday schedule after next week!
Due to EOC field testing on Wednesday, your Test 5.2 is going to be postponed until Friday. Tomorrow we will work on Denisty and Displacement. See you tomorrow!
All (2nd, 4th, 7th and 8th pds) classes need to complete the attached activities over Spring Break. This should not take more than an hour to do (hopefully less!)

The Bowie Lady Dawgs basketball team made it to the playoffs! Our first round game is Monday, February 13 so I will NOT have tutorials that day. Regular tutorials will resume on Wednesday, February 15.
The 4th six weeks grades are pretty much done! (Great job on the trig test today!) If you have any late work or make-up work, give it to me ASAP. If you need to sign up for the optional six weeks test, the sign upsheet is posted in my room. The test will be given next Tuesday and Wednesday.
We will be taking short quizzes throughout this semester over basic math skills. Some will be pop quizzes and for some I will give you warning. Be ready soon for a quiz over simplifying radicals. The optional six weeks test will be given next Tuesday and Wednesday before school, after school or during lunch. Please come by my room on Monday to sign up if you need to take this test. Remember it will replace a low test grae up to a 75. Use the Test 3.1 and Test 3.2 reviews to study. See the 3rd Six Weeks page if you need a new copy of either review.
